The property management fee is typically deducted directly from the monthly rental income, and the remaining balance is then transferred to you.
However, under our guaranteed rent scheme, you generally do not have to pay a management fee. Please note that this may vary depending on the specific service and package you have chosen.
We always have designated emergency contractors available to address unforeseen issues such as a burst pipe or broken window.
For repairs or maintenance jobs that cost less than £250, we will proceed with the work and include the invoice in your rental statement. In the case of repairs exceeding £250, we will provide you with a quote without any obligation. You can then decide whether to authorize us to proceed with the job or if you prefer to seek quotes from alternative contractors.
In the event that a tenant fails to pay rent, we will promptly reach out to the tenant to address the issue. If the situation cannot be resolved swiftly, we will provide you with expert guidance on the most suitable course of action to take.
However, if you are enrolled in our guaranteed rental scheme, there is no need to be concerned. We will handle any non-paying tenants on your behalf, ensuring that you continue to receive your rental income regardless of their payment status
